SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time: 

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 9:00 am -5:00 pm. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. If you place an order outside of our business hours, on a weekend, or holiday, your order will be processed the next business day. 


Shipping Methods:

We offer a variety of shipping methods including domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers. You may choose your preferred method of payment at checkout. 


Tracking your Order:

After we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your package has been shipped and you will be provided with tracking information on your package. 


Address Error

Please contact us at shoes4babes@gmail.com if you need to change your shipping address as soon as possible. We will strive to make this accommodation and correct your order. However, we do not 100% guarantee the changes in your request will be reflected once your order has been processed.


Please make sure billing and shipping addresses are correct upon placing your order. If your package returns to our address due to insufficient/inaccurate shipping information, we will issue a new shipping label subject to the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate shipping information on buyer’s end. 


Lost/Stolen Packages:

Once your package has been received by the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our possession and ownership of packages transfers over to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, held, or damaged packages. In the case that your package is lost, stolen, held, or damaged please file a complaint with the shipping carrier. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, US, FedEx, DHL, and others when you place your order at checkout. Therefore, any shipping issues/complaints must be filed with the shipping carrier.
