Refund policy
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY:
In order to request a refund or exchange, please send us an email at shoes4babes@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name and order number.
Return Eligibility:
-We have a 14-day return policy. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
-Item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were recieved, unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
-All purchases made using a discount code/final sale items are not eligible for a return.
We will notify you once we have received your refund request and whether it was approved or not. If your return is accepted, you will ship the item(s) back to us. Shipping fees for returns are subject to the buyer’s expense. Any item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a refund/return will not be accepted.
Exchanges Eligibility:

We will notify you once we have received your exchange request, and we will inform you with details regarding inventory. To fulfill an exchange, you will ship the item(s) back to us. Shipping fees for returning the package back to us are subject to the buyer’s expense. Once we have received your package, we will ship out your exchange. (Shipping fees are subject to store’s expense.)
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at shoes4babes@gmail.com . Please email us images and a description of the items sent to you so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve accordingly.
